Note: A one-time $500 certification setup fee will apply at time of purchase for all new registrants. Your training fees of $1,497 will be charged at time of purchase and will auto-renew annually on the anniversary of your date of purchase. You will have unlimited access to all included courses and to on-going updates so long as your certification is in good standing. You may cancel your certification at any time. Eligibility: The Certified Aesthetic Provider™ Program is open to licensed healthcare providers including MD/DO, NMD, DMD/DDS, NP/CRNA/APRN, and PA. RNs and other healthcare providers may become a Certified Aesthetic Provider if sponsored by their supervisor for training.
*The Certified Aesthetic Provider™ Program is offered only by the IAPAM. Upon completion of all 4 courses and submission of your Cosmetic Injector Practice Log including the first name and last initial, date and treatment for 12 patients, you will be emailed your Certified Aesthetic Provider™ certificate. This certification is renewable annually thereafter to show you are up to date with the latest in cosmetic injection procedures and non-invasive aesthetic treatments.
*The AAFP has reviewed Cosmetic Injectables for Healthcare Providers and deemed it acceptable for up to 20.00 Enduring Materials, Self-Study AAFP Prescribed credits. Term of Approval is from 09/01/2023 to 08/31/2024. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
The AAFP has reviewed Platelet-Rich Plasma for Healthcare Providers and deemed it acceptable for up to 8.00 AAFP Prescribed credits. Term of Approval is from 04/28/2023 to 04/27/2024. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)™ toward the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award. When applying for the AMA PRA, Prescribed credit earned must be reported as Prescribed, not as Category 1.
