Term of Approval is from 09/01/2024 to 08/31/2025. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

The AAFP has reviewed Platelet-Rich Plasma for Healthcare Providers and deemed it acceptable for up to 5.00 Enduring Materials AAFP Prescribed credit(s). Term of Approval is from 05/20/2025 to 05/19/2026. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
