Eligibility: The Certified Aesthetic Provider™ Program is open to licensed healthcare providers including MD/DO, NMD, DMD/DDS, NP/CRNA/APRN, and PA. RNs and other healthcare providers may become a Certified Aesthetic Provider™ if sponsored by their supervisor for training.

*The Certified Aesthetic Provider™ Program is offered only by the IAPAM. Upon completion of all 5 courses and submission of your Aesthetic Provider Practice Log including the first name and last initial, date and treatment for 12 patients, you will be emailed your Certified Aesthetic Provider™ certificate. This certification is renewable annually thereafter to show you are up to date with the latest in cosmetic injection procedures and non-invasive aesthetic treatments.

*The AAFP has reviewed Cosmetic Injectables for Healthcare Providers and deemed it acceptable for up to 17.00 Enduring Materials, Self-Study AAFP Prescribed credit(s). Term of Approval is from 09/01/2025 to 08/31/2026. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)™ toward the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award. When applying for the AMA PRA, Prescribed credit earned must be reported as Prescribed, not as Category 1.

Refund Policy: IAPAM offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on online training courses only. Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the original date of purchase. To be eligible, you must not have completed more than 20% of the course content, and you must not have completed or downloaded any Certificate of Completion or CME Certificate associated with the course.
